The rotary dryer is an improved version of the tray dryer. After improvements, the trays inside the drying chamber can rotate, making the rotary dryer more efficient, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly than the tray dryer. The tray dryer is widely used in the medical field.     

The drying process of a vacuum disc dryer involves atomizing liquid, slurry, and suspension materials into droplets through the atomizing action of an atomizer, which then float in the circulating hot airflow. The moisture is separated in a very short period of time, ultimately resulting in the granular finished product we need.     

The spray drying granulation method of the vacuum disc dryer directly dehydrates and dries liquid materials in a relatively short period of time, ultimately obtaining powdered dry granular materials. If this method is used to dry materials, we refer to it as the spray drying method.
