The temperature of the flash dryer cannot be raised
From:Jiangsu Yutong Drying Engineering Co. Ltd Updatetime:2026-06-04 Visits :1004
1. Heating system malfunction
Reason: The flash dryer requires a heat source provided by the heating system. If the heating system malfunctions, it will prevent the temperature from rising.
Solution: Check the operating status of the heating system, repair or replace faulty components, and ensure the heating system operates normally.
II. Insufficient heat medium flow or insufficient temperature
Reason: The flash dryer requires heat transfer through a heat medium. If the flow rate of the heat medium is insufficient or the temperature is not high enough, it will result in a failure to increase the temperature.
Solution: Adjust the flow rate of the heat medium to ensure sufficient flow; at the same time, increase the temperature of the heat medium to meet the heating requirements of the flash dryer.
III. Internal fault of flash dryer
Reason: Malfunctions in components such as heat transfer pipes and heaters inside the flash dryer can also prevent the temperature from rising.
Solution: Inspect the heat transfer tubes, heaters, and other components inside the flash dryer, and repair or replace any faulty parts.
4. Blockage of air outlet
Reason: If the air outlet of the flash dryer is blocked, it will affect the dissipation of heat, resulting in the temperature failing to rise.
Solution: Clean the air outlet to ensure smooth heat dissipation.
V. Sprayer blockage
Reason: A blocked sprayer can lead to uneven spraying of the material, affecting the drying effect, which may further prevent the temperature from rising.
Solution: Clean the nozzle or replace it with a new one, and perform regular maintenance on the repaired nozzle.
