How about the drying speed of fluidized bed dryer

1. Adjust the temperature of the hot air

The temperature of the hot air is one of the key factors affecting the drying speed. By adjusting the temperature of the hot air, the heat input can be controlled, thereby influencing the drying speed of the material and the quality of the final product.

High-temperature accelerated drying: Increasing the hot air temperature can accelerate the evaporation rate of moisture inside the material, thereby shortening the drying time. However, it is important to note that excessively high temperatures may cause the material to overheat or burn, so the temperature needs to be set reasonably according to the heat sensitivity and drying requirements of the material.

Low-temperature protection of materials: For heat-sensitive materials, the temperature of the hot air can be appropriately lowered to avoid damage to the materials during the drying process.

II. Control the airflow speed

The gas flow rate is an important factor affecting the suspension state and drying effect of materials in a fluidized bed.

Suitable gas flow rate: To ensure that the material maintains a good suspension state in the fluidized bed, the gas flow rate needs to be controlled within a suitable range. If the gas flow rate is too low, the material cannot be fully suspended; if it is too high, the material may be carried out of the fluidized bed.

Adjusting the damper or fan: By adjusting the speed of the damper or fan, the airflow speed can be controlled, thereby achieving control over the drying speed.

III. Adjusting material properties and states

The properties and state of the material can also affect the drying speed.
