Operating procedures for disc dryer:

1. Pre-driving inspection

a. Turn on the vacuum pump and check for leaks at the pipeline connections and packing boxes, ensure the inlet and outlet seals are in good condition, and verify the vacuum gauge is responsive.

b. Open the cooling water valve to inspect the connections of the heat transfer pipeline, check the stuffing box for any leakage, and verify the sensitivity of the pressure gauge.

c. Check whether all instruments, buttons, and indicator lights in the electric control cabinet are functioning properly, and inspect the grounding wire for integrity, leakage, and short circuit.
