1. Fluidization process

The hot air is evenly blown upward from the bottom of the equipment through the air distribution plate.

When the wind speed reaches a certain value:

Particles no longer accumulate statically

Lifted, rolled, and suspended by air currents

The whole behaves like fluid

This state is called a fluidized bed (ebullating bed).

2. Drying principle

When the material is in a fluidized state:

The contact area between particles and hot air is extremely large

Heat is quickly transferred to the material

The moisture on the surface of the material quickly evaporates into water vapor

Water vapor is carried away by flowing hot air

The whole process has fast heat transfer, even drying and no dead ends.

3. Gas-solid separation and discharge

The dried particles are heavier and remain in the bed or discharged from the overflow port

Fine dust moves upward with the airflow and is recovered through the cyclone separator and bag dust collector.

Purified exhaust gas is discharged
