ZS
series vibrating screen is a kind of high efficiency sieving equipment
which is widely used in China. It is suitable for flow-line operation,
and it is the ideal equipment for continuous sizing of different sizes
of particles.
The machine consists of hopper, oscillation chamber,
coupling, motor. There are eccentric wheel, rubber pad, spindle and
bearing in the oscillating chamber. The adjustable eccentric weight is
transmitted to the centerline of the spindle by the motor drive. The
centrifugal force is generated in the unbalanced state, so that the
material strength changes to form the orbital vortex. The amplitude of
the hammer adjuster can be adjusted according to different materials and
screen.
