Comprehensive inspection of equipment: Before operation, a comprehensive inspection of the equipment is required to ensure that all components are tightly connected and not loose, all pipelines are free of leakage and blockage, and the electrical system is normal, without safety hazards such as electric leakage and short circuits.

Cleaning and sanitizing: Ensure that equipment such as sprayers, collection bins, airtight doors, pressure relief valves, and pipelines have been thoroughly cleaned and are free from dust blockage, in order to ensure smooth airflow and product quality during the drying process.

II. Operational Norms

Startup sequence:

First, start the induced draft fan and the forced draft fan, adjust the gas flow rate, and allow the dryer to operate under negative pressure for drying.

Start the air compressor, adjust the air pressure, and ensure the atomization effect.

Turn on the bag filter and set an appropriate back-blowing frequency to maintain the dust removal efficiency.

After all adjustments are made, start feeding the material and control the feeding speed. Adjust according to the material characteristics to ensure the drying effect.

Parameter setting: Properly set the equipment parameters, such as inlet and outlet temperatures, fan speed, spray pressure, etc., to ensure that the equipment operates at its optimal state. The settings of these parameters need to be adjusted according to the properties of the material and the drying requirements.

Pay close attention to the operating status of the equipment: During equipment operation, close attention should be paid to the operating conditions of various parts of the equipment, including changes in parameters such as temperature, pressure, and gas flow, as well as the operating status of the bag filter. If there are any abnormalities, the equipment should be stopped immediately for inspection and handling.
